You can transfer American Express Membership Rewards to your preferred frequent traveler program to get reward flights and stays, most at 1:1 ratio usually with a 1,000 points minimum.

Bottom Line:

Even though this bonus offer is not to the most lucrative Airline programs, sometimes you can find some great deals when booking JetBlue flights with TrueBlue points. You get a one-way transcontinental flight from JFK to LAX in economy for as low as 10,700 TrueBlue points.
