Keep in mind:
This card is most likely subject to the Chase 5/24 rule. In addition, applicants for the Marriott Rewards Premier Plus won’t be approved if they are current cardholders of the Marriott Rewards Card, or previous card members if you’ve received a signup bonus within the last 24 months.
Bottom Line:
I’m always a fan of new credit cards since it opens the door to earning more sign-up bonuses. However, if you’re under 5/24 I recommend you open other Chase cards first like the Chase Sapphire Preferred or the Chase Sapphire Reserve.
