JetBlue 25% Off Award Flights This Fall

JetBlue announced on Twitter that you can get 25% off TrueBlue award tickets that are booked by Saturday, August 26, 2017 for travel September 6 through November 7, 2017. JetBlue’s TrueBlue is a revenue based frequent flyer program; the number of points required for a redemption is calculated from the revenue cost of a ticket. This means that usually you’ll always get the same redemption value whenever you redeem points for a JetBlue flight. This value is around 1.5 cents/point. However, during this promotion your redemption value will increase to about 1.9 cents /point.

Here’s an example of JetBlue flights between New York and Los Angeles:

During the promotion period a $149 flight will cost you 7,500 points plus $5.60 in taxes.

The same $149 flight outside of the promotion dates will cost you 10,000 points plus $5.60.

Remember, if you have the JetBlue Plus credit card, you can get an additional 10% refund on all redemptions. This means you can fly one way from New York to Los Angeles for just 6,750 points plus $5.60. That’s an incredible deal.

If you have travel plans within the promotion dates on JetBlue, this can be a very nice offer for you. Make sure to book before this Saturday to get this 25% off award flight deal.
